Wisdom for the Weekend: Saying No

Learning to say no is easier said than done. But, it’s essential to say no in certain instances in order to maintain your sanity and wellness. Gently being firm is the approach I’ve had to make with family, recently. Doing so, allows for me to restore and replenish my energy. If you are overextending yourself to the point of exhaustion, it’s okay to say no.
